近期媒體關切針筒玩具(即擠痘痘玩具)之安全性，依國家標准 CNS 4797-3「玩具安全-第 3 部：機械性及物理性」第 4.7 節規定，該商品依第 5.9 節(尖端試驗)測試時，不得含有危害尖端。如附有針頭(筒)者，即不符合前述規定，不得於市場銷售。故請學生勿購買此商品，亦勿帶至學校，且不得朝人體使用；亦請家長多留意孩子所使用的物品，共同守護孩子的安全。
