教師申請進修留職停薪，嗣後原因消滅或提前取得較高學歷，得依教育人員留職停薪辦法第6條規定辦理回職復薪
本市高級中等以下學校教師在職進修研究實施要點第八點第一項第五款規定「教師進修留職停薪期間，因提前取得學位，仍應以學期為單位申請回職復薪。」與上開函釋未合部分暫停適用，本局將再擇期修正。
