一、本會為推薦 SUPER 教師代表臺南市參加甄選並傳承臺南市教師會優質教育理念，發掘優良教師、推廣良師典範，藉此影響社會對教師角色之重視與肯定，帶動人才培育之良性循環，給予老師實至名歸的鼓勵，特辦理本活動。
